Join us for a panel featuring in-house counsel, arbitrators and outside counsel who will share ten practical tips on how to better align the arbitration process with businesses’ evolving expectations.

In this interactive ICC Young Arbitrators Forum roundtable discussion, panelists will namely focus on various measures and procedural innovations that should be considered from the moment the arbitration agreement is drafted until the final award is rendered in order to improve the quality of the process and to ensure that businesses’ expectations are met. This panel occurs during the inaugural California International Arbitration Week, taking place 14-18 March.
